This cookbook has a great section of freezer meals. I find myself making them all the time. I currently have the lasagna roll ups, chili and potato soup in the freezer ready for a quick dinner any night. My favoirtie recipe is the potato soup.

A great cookbook focusing on the techniques used to make amazing French cuisine. The recipes are involved and best for experienced home chef’s. My favorite recipe is the beef bourguignon.
