Cook Your Way Through Music City: Nashville Cooking Classes

    March 18, 2026 / No Comments

Have you ever tried a cooking class? I believe that no matter what your experience level is that everyone can benefit or just have fun in a cooking class. I know that most of us at some point in our lives struggle with the question what’s for dinner and when I saw this cookbook I wanted to see what answers it included.  This cookbook is a great resource guide for those struggling with figuring out what to cook night after night. Most of the recipes serve four and include notes on storage, reuse and leftovers. My favorite feature…

  • Here’s a look inside the cookbook You Got This!: Recipes Anyone Can Make and Everyone Will Love. This cookbook is filled with pantry-staple meals that you really can make. No matter if you are a carnivore or a vegetarian there will be the perfect recipe for you in this cookbook.

A few recipes that caught my attention are: French Toast Sticks with Two Sauces, Breakfast Calzones, Chicken Fajita Pinwheels, Sheet Pan Lasagna, One-Pot Orzo with Tomato and Mascarpone, Sweet Potato and Black Bean Enchiladas, Parmesan and Herb Parsnip Fries, and Chocolate Root Beer Cake. I can’t wait to dig in and start cooking and I’ll probably start with the Chocolate Root Beer Cake as it looks so good! What do you want to try first?

  • Here’s a sneak peek into Parm to Table: Italian American and American Italian Recipes from Ponza to the Bronx – which looks to be my next favorite cookbook. I love Italian food – it’s one of my favorites and one of the things I miss the most about living in NYC was the amazing Italian food we had a block away. I’ve been a huge fan of Christian Petroni since I first saw him on Food Network and was excited to check out his first cookbook. Trust me this is going to make you want to run to your kitchen. A few of the recipes I am looking forward to making are: Shrimp Parm, Aglio Olio, Chicken Francese, Fried Calamari, Fried Meatballs, and of course the Fresh Mozzarella Sticks.
