Ham and Egg Breakfast Cups

I am always looking for filling breakfasts that are quick to make. In the time it took for my oven to heat up I was able to prep everything and get the egg cups ready to go in the oven. Then 20 minutes later I had a great breakfast.

The ham and egg breakfast cups are easy to eat and perfect for a breakfast on the run. These would be great for a quick family breakfast before everyone runs off to their daily life.

Ranch Crackers

Cheese and crackers are always a hit around the holidays. The Ranch Crackers recipe combines the two so well. You could make these as a gift to give someone or they would be fantastic at a holiday party.

They are really simple to make but pack a lot of flavor and crunch. My cheese didn’t melt a lot but most likely because I grated mine fresh.  I have stored them in an airtight container and will be eating them all week!

I have always enjoyed reading novels about cowboy life. During college I even took a road trip through South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming and Colorado. I still havne’t been to a dude ranch but it’s on my bucket list.

A Cowboy Christmas gives you a sneak peak into the lives of real-life ranch families. The ideas are entertaining and the recipes fulfilling. I love the recipes I tried and hope you will too.
