10 Cookbooks I’m Replacing
Since the fire I have been thinking about which cookbooks I want to replace and honestly, I want to replace all of them, however, I know that isn’t going to happen immediately. (To read more about the fire and what happened click here). Below is my list of the ten cookbooks I want to replace first.
1. The Pioneer Woman Cooks: Dinnertime – Comfort Classics, Freezer Food, 16-minute Meals, and Other Delicious Ways to Solve Supper
Time and time again I find myself reaching for this cookbook. The recipes are easy to follow and I cannot get enough of the freezer meals. I love to keep my freezer stocked for those nights I just don’t have time to cook. Check out my full review here to see more.
2. Cooking Light Complete Cookbook: A Fresh New Way to Cook
I have used this cookbook so much that a bunch of the center pages are falling out. The meatloaf recipe is one of my favorite all time recipes from all of my cookbooks. Check out my full review here to see more.
3. The Pioneer Woman Cooks: The New Frontier
This cookbook is such a versatile cookbook. I have made the Key Lime Pie bites a few times and they always get eaten so fast. Check out my full review here.
4. Weight Watchers Family Meals: 250 Recipes for Bringing Family, Friends, and Food Together
I am always searching for filling, delicious healthy meals and I love this cookbook for them. The chicken pot pie is calling my name and can’t wait to make it again. Check out my full review here.
5. The Well Plated Cookbook: Fast, Healthy Recipes You’ll Want to Eat
Another cookbook that I added to my collection in 2020. I love all of the recipes I have tried and the Autumn Sheet Pan Sausages with Apples and Harvest Vegetables is on the meal plan again for this week. Check out my full review here.
6. Half Baked Harvest Super Simple: More Than 125 Recipes for Instant, Overnight, Meal-Prepped, and Easy Comfort Foods
I added this cookbook to my collection this past year and I am glad I did. The cookbook has such a wide variety of meals and I am going to make the stuffed sweet potatoes again this weekend. Check out my full review here to see more.
7. 100 Cookies: The Baking Book for Every Kitchen, with Classic Cookies, Novel Treats, Brownies, Bars, and More
I love this cookbook and it took forever to get a copy since it kept selling out. Right now I am thinking about making something new from it maybe some brownies. Check out my full review here to see more.
8. 30-Minute Get Real Meals
My favorite fondue recipe is in this cookbook, a Mexican fondue that is so good that there is never any left! I can’t wait to make it again.
9. Sugar, Butter, Flour: The Waitress Pie Cookbook
The recipes in this cookbook are so delicious. Everything I made was a great success and I still dream about the mashed potatoes. Check out my full review here.
10. Les Marchés Francais: Four Seasons of French Dishes from the Paris Markets
When I am looking for delicious seasonal French meals, I always reach for this cookbook. The cookbook is gluten free and the recipes are very easy to follow. A must have for anyone who loves French food. Check out my review here.
I know that I will replace a lot of my cookbooks as time goes on but I can’t wait to get these back on my shelf. If you lost your cookbooks what would you replace first?
