2023 is looking to be a great year for new cookbooks. There are over 750 new cookbooks releasing this year alone. Picking out my favorite cookbooks of the year is a lot like picking out your favorite child (or at least I imagine it is) and this year was no exception. Summer is a time of play – enjoying the outdoors and the sunshine. For me it is also a great time to play in the kitchen.
