    Picking out my favorite cookbooks of the year is a lot like picking out your favorite child (or at least I imagine it is) and this year was no exception.     One year ago today I officially launched Kitchen Lit.     25 New Cookbooks for Summer 2021

    Summer is a time of play – enjoying the outdoors and the sunshine. For me it is also a great time to play in the kitchen. I find in the summer I have a less strict schedule which allows me to try more recipes and cookbooks.  The new cookbooks for this summer are already inspiring me on what I want to cook next.
